Be at Scout Hut at 630pm for 7:00PM departure


Each Scout Needs:


$5.00 to cover patch and entry
This is a food drive, each Scout should bring at least 5 canned goods
Troop will donate gift certificate for ham


We travel in Class A Uniform


End of Year Court of Honor

Scouts eat free


Other family is $5.00 each up to family maximum of $15.00


Scouts should be in full Class A uniform, sash and tie.


Food Plan
Troop will supply baked chicken.


Each family should bring one 2liter drink, gallon of tea, lemonade. and


Each family should bring one side based on the last name listed below:


      Breedlove - Jourdan   : cold salad: Green salad, macaroni salad, potatoe salad


      Partain - Sewell  : Hot Sides Green beans, Baked Beans, corn, mashed potatoes


      Steele- Yeater   : deserts- anything yummy


Gift Exchange


Any scout interested in participating should bring one wrapped scout or camping gift Value  < or = 10.00
